How much water does a front-load washer use?
Approximately 13 gallons per cycle. Top-load washers use around 35 gallons.
How much detergent should I use?
For HE (high-efficiency) machines, use only ¼ cup of HE detergent. Using too much causes buildup and poor rinse performance.
What are the temperature settings?
High: 180°F, Medium: 150°F, Low: 120°F. Delicates and synthetics should use Medium or Low. High heat is for heavy cottons and towels.
How long should I dry clothes?
The magic number for killing pathogens (cold/flu) is 28 minutes on high heat. For regular drying, follow the garment care label.
Is my credit card information secure?
Yes. Hercules uses encrypted payment processing. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Can I register multiple cards on one account?
Yes. The Hercules app supports multiple card registrations under a single account.
How long does an authorization code stay valid?
Authorization codes expire after 30 days. If yours expired, contact support for a new one.
Is the app free?
Yes, the Hercules app is completely free on both iOS and Android.
What can I do in the app?
Check real-time machine availability, pay by phone, view your balance and history, report issues, and request refunds.
How do I request a refund?
Submit a refund request through the Hercules app, or fill out the form online. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your card.
