Step 1: Check the signage in your laundry room

Your laundry room will have signs indicating whether it uses a card-based system, the Hercules app, or both. Look for the machine model labels or kiosk instructions.

Step 2: Download the app (optional but recommended)

The free Hercules app lets you check machine availability, pay by phone, track usage, and request refunds. Download it here.

Step 3: Get or activate your laundry card

Ask your building manager for a laundry card, or request one online. Cards are also sold at the kiosk in your laundry room.

Step 4: Add funds

Add funds to your card online, through the app, or at the kiosk. Minimum $5. Add funds now →
